How many photos can I send?
Send 500 photos at a time, store up to 20,000+ photos (32gb of data). No subscription tier, no upsell. This is the price. That's it.
Can other family members send photos too?
Absolutely. You control who has access. Siblings, cousins, aunts - anyone you invite can send photos that appear on the frames.
Do we need WiFi?
The frame needs WiFi to receive photos. If you want to use it somewhere without WiFi or give it to someone without WiFi, load it using your WiFi beforehand with any photos you like. They'll keep showing and rotating without WiFi once loaded.
How can I send photos to the frame?
There are several ways to share photos with your frame. Each frame comes with a dedicated email address that you can email photos to. You may also download the Photospring App and upload photos there.
What's the catch with no subscriptions?
There is no catch. We believe charging an annual fee to share photos with your own parents is just wrong. Other companies do it to maximize "customer lifetime value."
